An Escape Room is a real-life immersive puzzle adventure. Players are locked in a themed room and given 60 minutes to use their observation skills, logical thinking, and teamwork to find clues, solve puzzles, and unlock the door to escape.
The game is suitable for everyone, regardless of age or gender. However, children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult for support and guidance during the game.
Play2 Escape always recommends booking or contacting us in advance to ensure your preferred time slot and game theme are available and to avoid waiting.
Currently, Play2 Escape supports two flexible payment methods: cash or bank transfer (QR Code).
All you need to bring is your teammates! All clues, puzzles, and supporting items are provided inside the room. If any additional help devices are needed, the Play2 Escape team will provide them.
Don't worry! Each game session includes 3 hints from the Game Master. Feel free to reach out to the Game Master whenever your team hits a wall.
No. To maintain puzzle confidentiality and fairness for all players, all recording-capable devices (phones, cameras, etc.) are strictly prohibited inside the room and must be stored in secure lockers.

  • 1. Please arrive 15 minutes before your booked time for check-in and briefing. Each game session lasts 60 minutes. Late arrivals will have their game time reduced accordingly so as not to affect subsequent bookings.

  • 2. Players must meet the age and group size requirements for each specific game room.

  • 3. If you are pregnant, have underlying health conditions, physical limitations, or claustrophobia, please inform our staff and carefully consider before participating.

  • 4. Individuals under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or intoxicating substances are strictly prohibited from participating.

  • 5. Outside food, drinks, mobile phones, cameras, recording devices, paper, pens, and dangerous items are not allowed inside the game rooms.

  • 6. Please follow all staff instructions throughout your experience.

  • 7. No running, jumping, climbing, or engaging in dangerous behavior.

  • 8. Do not use force to pry, break, or damage locks, props, or electronic equipment.

  • 9. Please maintain general cleanliness, keep track of your personal belongings, and respect the venue's property.

  • 10. Any damage to property caused by players will be subject to compensation based on our price list.

  • 11. If you feel unable to continue, please notify staff immediately for assistance. Leaving the room early marks the end of your game session; re-entry is not permitted, and no refunds will be provided.

  • 12. Filming, photography, or spoiling game content/solutions is strictly forbidden.

  • 13. Players participate voluntarily and assume full responsibility for any risks arising from non-compliance with rules or failing to provide accurate health information.
